Job description

About Oasis Security
At Oasis Security, we're redefining how enterprises manage access in the age of AI. Every organization deploying AI agents is taking on access risks they can't yet see, and the tools they've relied on were never built for this. We built Oasis to change that. Backed by Sequoia, Accel, and Craft Ventures, we're trusted by dozens of Fortune 500 companies including S&P Global, Mars, and Nationwide, and we're only getting started.
Why Oasis, why now
The access management category is being rewritten in real time, and Oasis is leading it. The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.
Summary
We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive consistent, scalable revenue across enterprise customers and be the execution engine behind Oasis' growth.
You will own the pipeline, run disciplined sales cycles, and bring predictability and rigor to how we win.
What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close
  • Build and maintain strong, qualified pipeline
  • Run structured, repeatable sales processes
  • Drive deal progression across multiple opportunities
  • Partner with SEs while moving deals forward independently
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
  • Balance effort vs impact across deals

What we're looking for
  • 5-10 years of enterprise sales experience
  • Cybersecurity experience required; background in identity security is a strong advantage
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience managing multiple complex deals in parallel
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Why This Role
This is a core role in driving Oasis' revenue.
You'll have high ownership and accountability, the opportunity to scale with a fast-growing GTM team, and direct impact on how the sales engine operates.
Equal opportunity
Oasis Security is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the world we're securing. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability status. Oasis Security does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes and will not pay any third-party agency or company that does not have a signed agreement with Oasis Security.
