This role is ideal for an organized, analytical thinker who can translate complex data into clear strategic insights and is passionate about the evolving streaming and media landscape.
Your Role Accountabilities...

Content Strategy & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze content performance and audience trends to generate insights that inform programming and content investment decisions.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and reporting to evaluate title-level and portfolio performance across CNN's streaming platform.
  • Identify key performance indicators and emerging trends to guide content strategy and platform growth.
  • Maintain a working understanding of competitive activity and broader industry developments.

Content Lifecycle & Investment Support

  • Help build tools, processes, and reporting that improve visibility into platform performance and content insights.
  • Support internal stakeholders in understanding platform performance and identifying opportunities to improve audience engagement.
  • Manage multiple analytical workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Provide support for senior management, including strategy reviews, board presentations, and other leadership meetings.
Qualifications & Experience...

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, FP&A, business development, or similar analytical roles. Experience in media and entertainment and or direct-to-consumer businesses preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong ability to synthesize analytical outputs, identify the "so what," develop early hypotheses, and propose next lines of inquiry.
  • Proven experience creating executive-ready presentations and strategic materials, with exceptional attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and diplomatic, with experience working across cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
