Our proprietary PowerStrux suite delivers automated cybersecurity compliance, continuous monitoring, auditing, assessment, and reporting capabilities designed specifically for highly regulated and security-focused environments. We are seeking a driven Software Account Executive to accelerate adoption of our PowerStrux suite across defense contractors, system integrators, manufacturers, and government organizations. The PowerStrux Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for the PowerStrux product suite. This individual will build relationships with cybersecurity executives, ISSMs, ISSOs, FSOs, compliance managers, and technology leaders throughout the Defense Industrial Base and Department of Defense ecosystem. The ideal candidate has experience selling cybersecurity software, SaaS, compliance platforms, cybersecurity services, or related technology solutions into federal agencies, defense contractors, or regulated industries. This position is ideal for a consultative cybersecurity sales professional who understands the challenges facing defense contractors and can translate technical capabilities into business value for customers. Job Details Full Time, Exempt, Salaried Location  Onsite at our HQ in Lancaster, PA is strongly preferred. Will consider remote in the DC/Maryland/Northern Virginia (DMV) area for the right candidate. The Work You’ll Do Sales & Business Development * Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified PowerStrux opportunities. * Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting DIB and DoD organizations. * Conduct product demonstrations and discovery sessions with prospective customers. * Generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, webinars, partner channels, and referrals. * Develop account strategies for strategic defense contractor and government opportunities. * Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within CRM tools. Customer Engagement * Build relationships with: ISSMs, ISSOs, CISOs, Compliance Officers, Security Managers, IT Directors, Program Managers, Government Cybersecurity Leaders * Understand customer compliance pain points related to RMF, NIST 800-171, CMMC, STIGs, ACAS, and continuous monitoring. * Position PowerStrux solutions based on business outcomes, compliance benefits, and labor savings. Partner & Channel Development * Identify teaming and co-selling opportunities. * Support conference attendance, speaking events, webinars, and customer briefings. Internal Collaboration * Coordinate closely with product development, marketing, cybersecurity SMEs, and executive leadership. * Provide market feedback to improve product roadmaps and customer positioning. Required Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B technology sales experience. * Experience selling cybersecurity software, cybersecurity services, compliance tools, or IT products in the cybersecurity space. * Demonstrated experience selling into one or more of the following: * Department of Defense (DoD) * Defense Industrial Base (DIB) * Federal System Integrators * Aerospace & Defense Contractors * Cleared Contractor Communities * Strong understanding of the federal procurement environment. * Experience managing opportunities from prospecting through contract execution. * Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently in a growth-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications  * Existing relationships within the Defense Industrial Base. * Knowledge of: * RMF * CMMC * NIST 800-171 * NIST 800-53 * STIG Compliance * ACAS * Continuous Monitoring programs * Experience selling cybersecurity products or platforms. * Familiarity with federal contract vehicles and purchasing methods. * Previous experience with HubSpot. What does success look like in this role?  In the first 12 months, the successful candidate will: * Build a qualified PowerStrux pipeline. * Generate new DIB and federal customer opportunities. * Deliver consistent product demonstrations and customer engagements. * Close new software subscriptions and licensing agreements. * Expand SecureStrux’s presence within the DoD cybersecurity community. * Contribute to the achievement of annual PowerStrux revenue targets.
