Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain modern web and cloud applications. The ideal candidate will work across front-end and back-end layers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle from requirements and design through deployment and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain front-end and back-end components for web and cloud applications using C# and .NET.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces and components, working with Blazor and other front-end frameworks when appropriate.
  • Design, document, and consume RESTful APIs; implement server-side business logic and integrations.
  • Author and optimize SQL queries, design database schemas, and maintain data integrity and performance.
  • Deploy, configure, and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure); implement infrastructure-as-code where applicable.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment processes to ensure repeatable and reliable releases.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and other engineers in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, analyze performance bottlenecks, and implement fixes and improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for design decisions, API contracts, deployment runbooks, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed, including secure coding, dependency management, and secrets handling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience developing web applications with C# and the .NET platform.
  • Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with HTTP-based integrations.
  • Proficient with relational databases and SQL; experience with schema design and query optimization.
  • Practical experience with version control using Git and code collaboration workflows (pull requests, branching).
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and participating in Agile ceremonies.
  • Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure); understanding of cloud services, networking, and security.
  • Knowledge of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with attention to performance and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Preferred: experience with Blazor and MAUI for .NET front-end/mobile development.
  • Preferred: experience with Apache web server configuration and tuning.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, including IaC tools and monitoring solutions.
  • Preferred: familiarity with REST API design patterns, OAuth/OpenID Connect, and containerization (Docker).
