Job description

At Wenger Manufacturing, LLC, a JBT Marel company, were transforming the way food is produced worldwide through innovation, data, and technology. Were now looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and help shape the financial insights that guide our global strategy.

As a Financial Analyst at JBTM, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts. You will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and help drive strategic decision-making. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

The FP&A Analyst will conduct finance analysis of JBTM Group with the purpose to respond pro-actively to (ad-hoc) and requests from CEO, CFO and other members of the Executive Team (ET).

What Youll Do

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Run variance analyses and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Play a key role in our strategic and operational planning cycles
  • Build financial models for business cases and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs and translate insights into meaningful recommendations
  • Prepare presentations and insights for senior leadership, including the Executive Team
  • Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate business decisions
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and reporting

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
  • 24 years experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset
  • Experience in multicultural, cross-functional environments
  • Bonus: Familiarity with consolidation or planning tools (e.g., OneStream)
