POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst Assistant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting variance analysis, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes. The Financial Analyst Assistant will work in conjunction with the Corporate Controller to ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple healthcare facilities are prepared in accordance with GAAP on a timely basis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Present financial information to management, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Provide insights into key financial metrics and trends.
  • Monitor industry trends, economic factors, and market conditions that may impact the organization's financial performance.
  • Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted results.
  • Work with relevant facilities/departments to understand and address any significant variances.

Requirements
This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree healthcare, business, administration, or related field preferred. Must possess excellent computer and communication skills and the ability to interact with people in all levels of the organization.
