About This Role
Medical Assistant (evenings) exists to support Redirect Health Medical Providers and ensure members receive timely, compassionate, and well-coordinated care throughout their healthcare experience.
In this role, you will:
  • Serve Redirect Health members and medical providers
  • Be responsible for appointment coordination, accurate medical record management, and clinical support
  • Directly impact how confident, cared for, and supported members feel when receiving care

This is a hands-on role for someone who:
  • Enjoys patient-focused work, organization, and supporting clinical teams
  • Takes ownership and follows through
  • Wants their work to have real-world impact

What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
  • Own: Managing patient appointments, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records in the EMR system
  • Support: Members by following up to ensure continuity of care and a positive care experience
  • Collaborate with: Medical providers and care teams to streamline workflows and support clinical needs
  • Improve: Care coordination and efficiency through attention to detail and proactive communication
  • Advocate for: Members by helping create a calm, confident, and compassionate care experience

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
  • Completion of Medical Assistant Program from an accredited school.
  • 1 Year of Medical Assistant experience, required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel (preferred).
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are highly desired.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
