WhatWe'reLooking For: Project Executive

Someone willing to traveling to our various projects: Richmond, VA, Columbus, OH, Cleveland, OH, South Bend, IN, and all throughout PA.

Project Executives are accountable for overall project success-delivering projects under budget, increasing profitability, and elevating talent and performance across teams. This role directly leads field labor, project management, and assigned enterprise resources while collaborating with Business Unit Leaders and Project Leaders to refine best practices and improve delivery outcomes.

WhatYou'llDo


People Leadership

  • Coordinatemanpowerplanning with Senior Superintendents and Project Managers
  • Build, develop, andretainhigh-performing project teams
  • Participate in staffing decisions, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards
  • Support company culture, policies, and continuous development


Project & Financial Management

  • Oversee full project lifecycle from estimating through close-out
  • Develop and manage budgets, staffing plans, and financial KPIs
  • Maintain healthy cash flow and targeted profit margins
  • Identifyrisks, trends, and opportunities tooptimizeperformance
  • Collaborate with Estimating and Pre-Construction teams
  • Help develop SOPs and improve project delivery processes


Customer Focus

  • Build andmaintainstrong client relationships
  • Represent Lighthouse Electric in customer presentations and meetings
  • Support business development through project and opportunity input


What You Bring

  • 10+ years of electrical contracting experience
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction operations
  • Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams
  • Proven financial acumen (budgets, projections, risk)
  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset
  • Strong computer and communication skills


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person, by phone or virtually with other parties
  • Ability to sit for long periodsof time
  • Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently
  • Ability to withstand extended exposure to a computer monitor
  • Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made

Travel Demands

  • Frequently attend off-site meetings and training events
  • Visit jobsites on a regular basis
  • Visit technical schools, colleges and universities as needed
  • Frequent to long term travel to various projects
