Contract Type: W2 Only
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Concord, CA (#LI - Hybrid)
Pay Range: $70-$75/Hr. on W2
Job Summary:
This role involves supporting the operational aspects of smart meter infrastructure and contributing to strategic initiatives. The analyst will ensure the smooth functioning of devices, communication networks, and data management systems through proactive monitoring and problem resolution. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain system performance and support ongoing technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve smart meter operational issues.
  • Support AMI infrastructure including devices, networks, and communication systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and outages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on system performance.
  • Assist with smart meter project implementations and system upgrades.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience with electric smart meter operations.
  • Proficiency in Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
