Our current opening is for a Technology Account Executive. Account Executive will be responsible for providing customer solutions while maximizing account penetration and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Account Executive provides knowledge and consultation in the form of developing Network Services, VOIP among other Technology system related solutions for the customer's problems. Account Executive identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers. Account Executive converts leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process. Account Executive develops multiple relationships with buying influences in the customer's organization, including facility manager, project manager, project engineers and purchasing. Account Executive will need to develop and maintaining a pipeline of business. Account Executive develops and executes an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable, and successful partnership. Account Executive provides account business reports, provides quotes for repairs, change outs, and energy solutions including quotes for time and material as well as fixed price services. Account Executive contacts responsible parties for purposes of securing renewal of service contracts. Account Executive estimates project by analyzing and integrating equipment, controls, subcontractors, and services for each project. Account Executive prepares, negotiates, and reviews agreement/project scope. Account Executive assists customers in answering technical questions on systems and relevant industry issues. Qualified applicant must have knowledge of current Network, Wireless, VOIP, UCaaS, Storage, Servers and PC's, Technical Software or similar technical solutions and partner programs. Account Executive must have the ability to uncover customer needs and match those needs to appropriate technology solutions. Account Executive must have strong presentation and communication skills. Qualified applicant must have technology sales experience in the geographic territory of the role.


Requirements

  • Three to five years of service sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle check.
