Position Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and forward-thinking design professional who excels at transforming complex ideas into compelling visual stories. In this role, you will elevate how an organization communicates across executive, customer, sales, and marketing channels. As a senior individual contributor, you'll be responsible for developing high-impact presentations, infographics, campaign assets, sales materials, and scalable creative systems. Working closely with executives, subject matter experts, marketers, and business leaders, you will bring ideas to life through persuasive, engaging visual storytelling.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong creative vision who is comfortable pushing boundaries while maintaining brand consistency. You will take ownership of projects from inception to completion, managing multiple priorities, and delivering work that balances strategic clarity, technical accuracy, and aesthetic impact. Additionally, you will play a key role in integrating artificial intelligence tools into the creative process, viewing AI as a means to enhance productivity, scalability, and innovation in content development.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development & Visual Storytelling

  • Lead the ideation and execution of executive presentations, customer-facing materials, sales enablement assets, infographics, campaign content, and strategic marketing resources.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex business strategies, technical concepts, and product offerings into compelling visual narratives.

  • Create persuasive presentations that effectively communicate value propositions and business outcomes through storytelling and design.

  • Manage creative projects from concept through production, including brainstorming, design, stakeholder reviews, and delivery.

  • Provide innovative recommendations to enhance the quality and impact of visual communications.


Design Systems & Brand Development

  • Develop infographics, process diagrams, data visualizations, and visual frameworks to simplify complex information.

  • Create modular assets and scalable creative systems adaptable across various formats such as presentations, digital channels, events, and campaigns.

  • Establish templates, design systems, and reusable frameworks to improve quality, consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

AI & Creative Innovation

  • Promote the responsible use of AI tools across the creative process, including ideation, image generation, content adaptation, and asset repurposing.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in executive presentations, visual storytelling, information design, infographics, and marketing materials.

  • Proven experience crafting presentations and communications tailored for executive, customer, sales, or leadership audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex, technical, data-driven, or strategic information into compelling visual formats.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation development.

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Experience designing scalable templates, design systems, and reusable creative assets.

  • Practical experience using AI-enabled creative tools and workflows.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
