Job description

Financial Clarity Group, Inc. - Cincinnati, OH 45244

Compensation will depend on incoming qualifications

Weโ€™re searching for a Director of Client Engagement (admin) who is friendly but direct and organized. For many people you will be the first voice of Financial Clarity Group that people hear. This role is phone and tech-heavy: youโ€™ll be talking with clients, tracking what they need, following up until completion, and keeping our teamโ€™s calendars and priorities on track. Think part client concierge, part team assistant, part information hub.

What youโ€™ll do
  • Answer phones and greet clients, in person and by phone
  • Track client requests and follow up so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for our team
  • Use our CRM and other software to keep everything organized (weโ€™ll train you)
  • Collect and assemble documents for clients
  • Provide administrative and personal assistant support to our professionals
  • Handle mail, filing, and day-to-day office tasks
What weโ€™re looking for
  • Great communicator, comfortable on the phone and in writing
  • Comfortable learning new technology and software
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple open items without dropping the ball
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • You donโ€™t need to know accounting or tax lingo. We do need someone whoโ€™s reliable, sharp, and ready to grow with us.
Schedule
  • Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts (7pm departure Feb-April 15)
  • Weekend availability required January 15 - April 15 each year
  • Paid time off (personal and vacation)
  • Referral program
  • Retirement plan with company match

Financial Clarity Group is a regional CPA firm with a Financial Advisory firm (with the same owner). We are on a mission to change how people experience money and taxes, from scarcity and fear to abundance and empowerment. Weโ€™re professional, have a fast-paced working environment, and genuinely care about our team and our clients.
