Who We're Looking For:
  • A leader with 1--3 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar leadership role
  • Someone with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Certified or licensed as required by your state -- you know the drill!
  • A communication champ with a heart for kids, families, and staff
  • A multitasking master who can juggle schedules, tasks, and surprises with grace
  • Flexible, hands-on, and ready to jump in wherever needed
