We’re looking for friendly, professional, and motivated Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. Business Development Executive - Healthcare

The Healthcare Business Development Executive will develop new and innovative ideas in the areas of direct marketing and sales to drive company revenue, and obtain new healthcare clients.

Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday are regular business hours.

Location: 100% remote, with periodic travel to our office in Chicago, IL and client sites required (about 10% travel)

Salary: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually, dependent on experience. Commission is also available.

DAY TO DAY

  • Plan and execute direct marketing and sales activities within approved budgets to meet company objectives
  • Develop new and innovative ideas that will drive company revenue by obtaining new clients in the healthcare space
  • Strategically utilize CRM tools to establish and maintain solid working relationships with newly generated leads that will convert into a profitable clientele list
  • Convert clientele list into profitable contracts by successfully securing new contracts that will increase revenue and ensure company goals
  • Maintain and develop company database with current and prospective government clients
  • Immediately follow-up on sales inquiries via phone, email and in-person visits to maintain a close, positive rapport with current and potential clients
  • Supporting sales leadership on non-territory related assignments
  • Create solid leads, connections and networking opportunities by attending conferences, social events, association meetings, etc.


WHAT YOU MUST POSSESS

Must Have:

  • 5 to 10 years in a client facing sales role, with demonstrated history of becoming a client subject matter expert and experience selling and managing large accounts
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
  • Experience selling to and managing government accounts
  • Strong time management, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, and as a collaborative team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, and Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Excel


Nice To Have:

  • Experience working in financial service or collections a strong plus
