AI infrastructure is undergoing a fundamental shift from systems-on-chip to systems of chips, and from individual devices to large-scale clusters of XPUs operating as a single, tightly coupled system. As AI models grow in size and complexity, scaling performance is no longer just about adding more compute. It requires delivering extreme bandwidth and low latency across increasingly large scale-up domains.
At the same time, the amount of data moving between compute and memory is increasing dramatically, placing new demands on interconnect bandwidth, memory bandwidth, and memory capacity. These factors have become critical to maintaining high utilization of compute resources and enabling efficient performance at scale. And, power ultimately constrains how far these systems can scale and be deployed.
To address these constraints, Marvell® Photonic Fabric Business Unit is advancing next-generation optical interconnect technologies for scale-up networks. Photonic Fabric™ technology enables very high bandwidth, nanosecond-scale latency, and power-efficient data movement, allowing XPUs to operate more cohesively as a unified system across larger scale-up domains. It also enables new approaches to memory, including high-performance, high-capacity memory that can be accessed more efficiently across the system.
Photonic Fabric technology is delivered through a range of technology offerings including optical interface chiplets, optical interposers, and Optical Multi-chip Interconnect Bridges (OMIB). These solutions integrate into advanced packaging environments and enable customers to incorporate high-bandwidth optical connectivity directly into AI accelerators and GPUs. This supports both compute-to-compute and compute-to-memory fabrics with bandwidths in the tens of terabits per second and nanosecond-scale latencies.
By combining expertise in silicon photonics, high-speed analog and mixed-signal design, advanced packaging, and system-level connectivity, Marvell enables customers to design and scale next-generation AI infrastructure. Through these innovations, Marvell® supports larger clusters, higher performance, and more efficient use of compute resources within practical system and power constraints. .
What You Can Expect
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings in collaboration with other executive administrators
• Manage executive calendars
• Coordinate and book domestic and international travel
• Process expense reports
• Provide general administrative support to the storage team including assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining contact lists, assisting guests, arranging catering for meetings/events, ordering and maintaining office supplies and creating/executing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
• Coordinate regular team events and activities to aid in building team camaraderie and morale
• Answer and manage incoming calls and requests
• Liase with internal staff at all levels
What We're Looking For
• Experience working as an executive administrative environment support VPs and above.
• Work experience in a high-tech company working in the silicon or software space.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with high degree of discretion and sensitivity.
• Proficient with MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management and other colleagues.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
39 - 59, $ per hour.
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
