At Harmar, we create products that improve mobility and independence. As we continue to grow our innovative Otolift product line, we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to help expand our dealer network and drive sales across the United States.


This is not a cold calling sales role, rather it's working with our customers to make sure they have a good experience with our new curved stairlift product OTO.

What You'll Do

As our Account Executive, you'll be the single point of contact for Oto products nationwide by developing strong relationships with dealers and customers.


You'll:

  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Help customers identify the right product for their needs.
  • Prepare quotes and guide customers through the ordering process.
  • Educate dealers on product features, benefits, and best practices
  • Work closely with Technical Support, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Service to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Maintain organized customer records in the CRM.
  • Say informed on market trends and competitive products.



Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication, administrative and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and other software.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma required.


Travel

  • Some travel in the United Sates for customer visits, training and trade shows.
