As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be customer-facing, assist multiple guests at once, manage inbound communications, and support dealership leadership in delivering outstanding service. This position plays a key role in maintaining the dealership's reputation and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers entering the showroom in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Take and distribute messages to the appropriate team members.
  • Page employees as requested by customers in person or over the phone.
  • Assist customers, sales staff, and service personnel with general inquiries.
  • Support customer-focused programs and initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist management with monitoring and maintaining customer satisfaction standards.
  • Help ensure customer service processes and manufacturer-related customer satisfaction requirements are met.
  • Assist the Office Manager and General Manager with administrative and clerical duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and showroom.
  • Utilize dealership systems and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
  • Work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or customer relations experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with customers and dealership staff.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
