Internal Communications Content Writer
About your role:
As an Internal Communications Content Writer, you will create clear, relevant, and timely content that connects associates to company priorities, programs, and updates. You will partner with enterprise communications leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to create content across internal channels that supports engagement, keeps associates informed and fosters a collaborative culture at Fiserv.
What you'll do:
  • Write, edit, and publish employee communications content across channels including email, intranet, newsletters, leadership communications, and enterprise announcements
  • Partner with enterprise communications leaders, and business stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, audience-focused content
  • Develop content strategies, message frameworks, editorial calendars, and channel plans that support associate engagement and business priorities
  • Write and edit content for internal campaigns, executive messaging, organizational updates, and change communication initiatives
  • Review content for clarity, consistency, accuracy, grammar, and alignment to channel standards and the Fiserv brand voice
  • Measure content performance using engagement data, channel metrics, and stakeholder feedback to improve future communication outcomes

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 4+ years of experience in employee communications, internal communications, corporate communications, journalism, content strategy, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience writing, editing, and publishing content for enterprise audiences across multiple internal communication channels
  • Experience partnering with Human Resources, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver communication programs
  • Experience creating measurable content strategies, editorial calendars, messaging frameworks, and governance processes
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience supporting talent, culture, or associate engagement communications
  • Experience with content management systems, intranet platforms, email publishing tools, or analytics dashboards
  • Experience supporting change communications in a large, matrixed organization
  • Master's degree in communications, Journalism, Business, Human Resources, or a related field

How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
