- Responsible for data entry of client information
- Responsible for client follow-up calls
- Scheduling of conference calls, Zoom, Teams, etc.
- Interacts with staff, customers and the community in a positive and respectful manner
- Assists with facilitating day-to-day operations in the lab
- Creates and maintains a positive environment for customers that provides a safe space for them to decompress, de-escalate and feel supported
- Helps to de-escalate customers who are demonstrating heightened behavior
- Ability to understand and effectively work with technology
- Assists with selecting appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
- Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Experience with Google Classroom/Google Docs
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities;
- Or Relevant experience on a year-for-year basis, or credentialing that substitutes for the educational requirement;
