Duration: 12 Months
Shift: Standard Shift
Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00 Per hr on w2.
 
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Communications Specialist to support senior leadership communications within a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment. This role will work closely with executives such as CEOs, SVPs, and senior leaders to develop high-impact communications, presentations, and strategic messaging.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional writing, storytelling, and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality executive communications including speeches, presentations, talking points, and internal/external messaging
  • Partner directly with senior executives (CEO, SVP level) to align messaging with business strategy and organizational goals
  • Research, synthesize, and translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives
  • Lead the development and execution of communication strategies across multiple initiatives
  • Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Support executive presentations and communication materials for large-scale events and meetings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including marketing, HR, operations, and leadership teams
  • Coordinate and support communication efforts for enterprise-wide programs and initiatives
  • Ensure consistency, tone, and brand alignment across all executive communications
  • Track communication effectiveness and continuously improve messaging strategies
  • Support multimedia communication initiatives (video, graphics, digital content) when applicable
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience supporting executive-level communications (CEO, SVP, or senior leadership)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong storytelling, editing, and content development expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in presentation development and executive messaging
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with multimedia content (video, graphics, digital storytelling)
  • Background in corporate communications, public relations, or executive support
  • Experience managing large-scale events or strategic initiatives
  • Advanced project management experience, including building and scaling programs
