Job description

Executive Clinical Director(BCBA)- Oklahoma City, OK

Position Overview:
The BCBA Executive Clinical Director will oversee all clinical operations, ensure high-quality treatment delivery, and provide leadership to the clinical team. This role is responsible for maintaining clinical excellence, supervising BCBAs and RBTs, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide overall leadership and direction for all clinical programs.
• Maintain clinical excellence by ensuring assessments, treatment plans, and services meet quality standards.
• Oversee the development and implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Conduct periodic audits of clinical documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure high-quality care and appropriate treatment outcomes for all clients.
• Oversee intake evaluations, assessments, and treatment recommendations.
• Support families by providing guidance, parent training, and progress updates.
Qualifications:
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in ABA, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, treatment models, and industry best practices.
