What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new commercial cleaning accounts
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and business development
  • Conduct customer meetings and deliver professional sales presentations
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Partner with the Operations team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience
  • Consistently achieve sales and revenue goals

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales or outside sales experience
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable meeting with executives and decision-makers
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout your territory
  • Commercial cleaning, facility services, or business services sales experience is a plus
