Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 3 for Hazard Regional Medical Center located in Hazard, KY. The Executive Chef will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in managing frontline staff and developing teams in a culinary environment.
Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being
What You'll Do
  • implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital
  • be responsible for Food and Physical Safety and annual training for all hourly associates
  • manage, direct, and mentor frontline staff
  • procurement and purchasing
  • create menus based on client needs
  • implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering and patient services
  • create interpersonal relationships with clients
