Job description

Senior Enterprise Account Executive - CFO Transformations (Tech Sales Leaders)

Title: Senior Enterprise Account Executive - CFO Transformations

Target Profile: Enterprise Software/ Tech Sales Leaders

This is a full-time, in‑person role based at our headquarters. The position requires the ability to be in the office regularly and involves travel to customer and partner sites as needed.

About Qurrent

Qurrent provides fully managed, autonomous digital workforces that execute complex back‑office operations across finance, supply chain, procurement, and more. Unlike AI tools that require customers to build and maintain their own automations, Qurrent owns the deployment, management, and ongoing performance of the digital workers while contractually guaranteeing outcomes via SLAs.

The Opportunity
  • We are looking for a world‑class enterprise software sales executive with deep experience selling transformational technology solutions into the Office of the CFO at Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • This role is designed for a strategic enterprise seller from leading SaaS, ERP, AI, automation, procurement, or finance technology companies who understands how to engage CFOs and finance executives around AP, AR, productivity, operational transformation, AI adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • This is not a transactional software sales role. Qurrent is redefining how enterprise back‑office work gets executed through autonomous digital workers that deliver guaranteed outcomes — not just software licenses.
The ideal candidate brings
  • Executive‑level relationships across CFO organizations
  • Experience selling complex enterprise platforms with multi‑million‑dollar deal sizes
  • Strong consultative and value‑based selling capabilities
  • Expertise navigating long enterprise buying cycles
  • Ability to build pipeline through executive networking and strategic prospecting
  • Strong understanding of finance operations, ERP ecosystems, and transformation priorities
  • High urgency and adaptability in a fast‑scaling startup environment
  • This individual will play a critical role in accelerating Qurrent’s enterprise expansion and establishing the company as a category leader in AI‑powered business operations.
Responsibilities Executive Selling Into the Office of the CFO
  • Develop and expand senior executive relationships with CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, FP&A leaders, Shared Services leaders, and Transformation leaders across enterprise and large MM accounts.
  • Position Qurrent’s AI‑powered digital worker platform as a strategic lever for accuracy, productivity, cost reduction, process acceleration, and operational scalability.
  • Lead value‑based conversations around finance transformation, back‑office modernization, AI adoption, and operational efficiency.
  • Own full‑cycle enterprise sales for net‑new logos from prospecting through close.
  • Build pipeline aggressively through outbound prospecting, executive networking, ecosystem relationships, and personal CFO network activation.
  • Create and execute account penetration strategies across Fortune 1000 and upper mid‑market accounts.
Complex Enterprise Deal Leadership
  • Navigate multi‑stakeholder buying motions involving finance, operations, IT, procurement, security, and executive leadership.
  • Partner closely with solution engineering, AI strategists, and delivery teams to shape high‑impact business cases and POVs.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and drive deals to closure with urgency and discipline.
Market & Ecosystem Development
  • Develop strategic relationships across consulting firms, BPOs, finance transformation leaders, and ecosystem partners.
  • Provide market feedback that influences messaging, product roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Represent Qurrent externally at executive forums, customer meetings, and industry events.
Required Experience
  • 15+ years of enterprise sales experience selling complex technology solutions to CFO’s into Fortune 1000 organizations
  • Proven success selling into CFO organizations, finance leaders, shared services, procurement, or transformation teams
  • Demonstrated success selling one or more of the following:
  • AI and automation platforms
  • ERP, procurement, or finance systems
  • Workflow or business process platforms
  • Finance transformation technology
  • Consistent track record exceeding enterprise quotas of $3M–$5M+ ARR
  • Experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C‑level buyers
  • Proven ability to independently source and build pipeline in competitive enterprise markets
Preferred Backgrounds

Experience at companies such as:

  • Existing network of CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, and Finance Transformation leaders
  • Strong understanding of enterprise finance technology ecosystems
  • Elite consultative and challenger‑selling capabilities
  • Highly competitive “hunter” mentality
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building category‑defining markets
  • Strong operational discipline and forecasting rigor
  • Startup‑speed execution mindset
Compensation
  • OTE: $367K–$433K+
  • Meaningful equity participation
  • Accelerators for new logo wins and over achieving quota
