Job description

Reporting to Sr Director of Compensation, you will provide analytical, consulting, and administrative support for executive compensation programs aligned with the Company's Total Rewards strategy. You will support long-term incentive plans, executive and Board of Directors compensation programs, equity administration, and Human Resources Committee materials.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Advise Human Resources partners, leaders, and key stakeholders on executive compensation programs, pay decisions, and compensation policies.
  • Support the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs, including long-term incentives, Board of Directors compensation, and deferred compensation plans.
  • Prepare and analyze Human Resources Committee materials, compensation recommendations, and proxy disclosures.
  • Administer executive compensation and equity programs, including grants, vesting, reporting, and participant support.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliant and effective program execution.
  • Analyze compensation programs and recommend enhancements based on market practices, governance requirements, and business objectives.
  • Develop executive compensation analytics, benchmarking, pay-for-performance analyses, and cost models.
  • Lead or support compensation-related projects, process improvements, and annual compensation cycles.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive compensation, equity compensation, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of executive compensation practices, equity plans, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated analytical expertise with experience interpreting complex data and providing insights.
  • Experience supporting Board or committee materials and proxy disclosures preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems and equity administration platforms such as Workday.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Compensation
Pay Range:$109,000-$159,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
