• Hunt and close new commercial business across Houston
• Prospect daily through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
• Build and manage a high-value, active sales pipeline
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and uncover real client pain points
• Present tailored, solution-based proposals that win business
• Negotiate contracts and close deals consistently
• Partner with operations to ensure execution matches what you sold
• Represent City Wide in the market and build a strong personal brand

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (service-based sales is a major plus)
• A track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
• Fearless prospecting skills—phone, in-person, and networking
• Strong closing ability—you know how to ask for the business
• Confidence dealing with decision-makers (property managers, facility leaders, business owners)
• High energy, resilience, and a competitive mindset
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
