Job Summary: Kayser Ford Lincoln is looking to add an energetic new face to one of the LARGEST Ford dealerships in Wisconsin. We’re a family oriented company offering a 5 day work week (one day off during the week and work Saturdays). We’re open until 6p during the week and 5p on Saturdays, giving you lots of time for family obligations. The right candidate will be ambitious, have great customer service skills, and love to work in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
