Job description

The Associate Inside Sales Account Executive is surrounded by driven, intelligent, and passionate individuals dedicated to the Healthcare Industry. This role will engage with existing Greenway Health clients to determine their individual needs and offer solutions to help them reach their goals. In addition, the Inside Sales Account Executive will be tasked with discovering sales opportunities, following up on sales leads, and coordinating with customers to increase overall bookings in an assigned territory.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop, cultivate and close sales for Greenway products and services to existing Greenway clients while providing a superior customer experience
  • Work in collaboration with an assigned outside sales rep
  • Create proposals, ROI and other deliverables based on findings from customer discovery
  • Complete sales calls and answer questions about Greenway products and services
  • Document sales activities within Salesforce (customer relationship software)
  • Communicate with a wide array of audiences (internal and external) while instilling trust and driving results

Skills & Requirements
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in related field or applicable professional experience preferred
  • Six (6)+ months experience in the internal Assistant Sales Associate Role required
  • One (1)+ years sales experience or related healthcare industry experience preferred

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Knowledge of, and interest in, current healthcare business challenges, products, and sales practices
  • Tech savvy and strong initiative to learn physician workflow and industry items that impact Greenway customers
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is necessary
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of how to use Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with customer relationship software (CRM) is preferred
  • Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Goal-oriented aptitude is required
  • Strong relationship and customer service skills required
  • Ability to become a Trusted Advisor to existing customers

Work Environment/Physical Demands
  • While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for most of the workday
  • This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard most of their workday
  • This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for extended periods of time to observe their own and others' work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices.
  • The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
