EXECUTIVE KITCHEN MANAGER /  Executive chef

Locally owned restaurant group now hiring for Executive CHEF for our mid - volume upscale Restaurant with room for Multi-unit growth. We care deeply about our employees and great food! The qualified candidate should also be passionate about food, food trends, and guest service.

Qualifications for the Executive Kitchen Manager / chef :

·       5 + years of experience working in a high volume, restaurant. Corporate or restaurant group high preferred.

·       Passionate about food and new food trends. But able to execute menu pricing budgeting.

·       Strong organization and systems minded.

·       Work ethic – willing to put in the effort / hours needed.

·       Desire to train others and coach and develop employees.

·        Must be able to communicate with all levels of employees and guests.

·       No egos here.

·       Culinary degree is a plus.
