As an Executive Assistant you will bring a high level of secretarial and administrative support experience for three of the organization's upper management or executives. Requiring discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people.

  • You will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders and executives, handling sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • You will create, edit, and manage a variety of business documents, communications, agreements, and presentations while coordinating reviews, approvals, and signatures across multiple stakeholders.
  • Oversees complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and event planning to ensure executives' time and priorities are managed effectively.
  • Acts as a key liaison between executives, senior leadership, employees, and external partners, providing responsive communication, sound judgment, and issue resolution support.
  • Supports operational and administrative functions including expense reporting, budget tracking, office logistics, policy guidance, and ensuring executives meet important commitments and deadlines.
  • Based in our Windward, Alpharetta, GA offices, working hybrid, minimum 3 days a week.
What You Bring
  • Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience - Typically Minimum 4+ Years Relevant Exp
  • Skills / Knowledge - Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks.
  • Job Complexity - Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Has little or no role in the decision-making. Has strong experience with administrative support
  • Supervision - Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments. Works under close supervision.
  • MS Office - Creation of spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
