Job description

Description

ABOUT YOU:

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, curious, proactive, and ready to build a career. This is an opportunity to work closely with Namify's CEO and leadership team, learn how a growing company operates, take on meaningful responsibility, and develop skills that can open doors throughout your career.

We're not looking for someone who just wants a job for now. We're hoping to find someone who can see themselves learning, growing, and building a career at Namify for the next three years and beyond.

ABOUT US:

Namify is in the business of belonging. For more than 20 years, we've helped organizations strengthen their brands, recognition programs, corporate gifting, and employee experiences.

Our mission is simple: "To connect and unite people, one brand at a time."

And how we get there matters. Our core values guide the way we work:

Put People First
Treat people with respect, kindness, and a willingness to help.

Embody an Attitude of Ownership
See something that needs to be done? Own it. Follow through. Learn from mistakes and make things better.

Stay Cool Under Fire
Plans change. Problems happen. Deadlines get tight. We stay positive, think clearly, and figure it out.

ABOUT THIS JOB:

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll help keep our CEO, executive team, and office organized and moving forward. Some days will be highly structured; others may involve an unexpected project that needs someone to jump in and make it happen.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, send reminders, and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Take clear meeting notes and follow up on action items.
  • Help executives stay organized, prepared, and focused on their highest priorities.
  • Coordinate company meetings, lunches, events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Plan and coordinate company incentive travel and special events.
  • Support office and facility needs, including supplies and day-to-day organization.
  • Welcome visitors and help create a professional, friendly experience.
  • Assist with reports, presentations, communications, research, and special projects.
  • Keep track of details, deadlines, commitments, and the occasional "Hey, can you help me figure this out?"
  • Look for ways to make processes simpler, faster, and better.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and knowledge grow.
Who We Think Will Thrive Here

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Are naturally organized and notice details other people miss.
  • Love checking things off a list but can also handle it when the list suddenly changes.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Are comfortable asking questions when you don't know something.
  • Learn technology and new processes quickly.
  • Can be trusted with confidential or sensitive information.
  • Take ownership instead of waiting for someone to tell you every next step.
  • Enjoy helping people and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Can interact comfortably and professionally with everyone from a new employee to the CEO.
  • Stay calm when priorities shift or something doesn't go according to plan.
  • Want feedback, responsibility, and opportunities to grow.
  • Are looking for a company where you can invest the next several years building your career, rather than simply finding your next short-term job.
