Executive Assistant For Depuy Synthes

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Executive Assistant for DePuy Synthes. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief People Officer at DePuy Synthes. This role is critical to enabling effective day-to-day operations by managing complex schedules, communications, and coordination activities. The position offers broad exposure to leadership decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational initiatives within a global, fast-paced environment, making it a highly visible and impactful role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for leaders, managing communications and prioritizing requests.
  • Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, events, and off-sites.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with expense reporting, procurement requests, and other administrative processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support operational efficiency.

Where required to be managed locally:

  • Document handling: Print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures.
  • Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.
  • Compliance/admin: Upload/submit filings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Typically 4-6 years of experience providing administrative or executive support to senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, schedules, and competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with coordinating across multiple time zones.
