Job description

Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive executive assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. This role combines traditional executive support with light reception responsibilities, serving as a professional first point of contact for visitors and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive support
  • Manage executive calendars and email.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist with internal communications, including drafting memos and announcements.
  • Payroll
  • Manage bi-weekly payroll duties.
  • Reception & Front Desk Duties (light)
  • Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
Qualifications
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
