The Executive, New Business Development position is a Full time, Regular position.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify, research, and prospect organizations that can benefit from our Contact Center solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate qualified leads and achieve new business revenue objectives.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospective clients' operational challenges, customer experience needs, and business objectives.
  • Present the company's Contact Center, Customer Experience, and Business Support solutions through consultative sales conversations.
  • Develop customized proposals and commercial solutions aligned with each client's operational and financial goals.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers, including Operations, Customer Experience, Human Resources, Procurement, and C-suite leaders.
  • Collaborate with Operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible and successfully implemented.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of newly acquired clients to the Operations and Client Success teams following contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, pipeline management, sales forecasts, and customer interactions.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and industry associations to strengthen market presence and generate new leads.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and business development activities.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed established sales quotas, revenue goals, and key performance metrics.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a high level of professionalism and fostering long-term relationships with prospective clients and business partners.
  • Complies fully and consistently with the Company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in accordance with the education and experience requirements contained in this document.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Strategic Sales, or New Business Acquisition.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations and end-to-end sales processes.
  • Experience selling BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience (CX), Business Services, Technology, Staffing, Outsourcing, or other complex business solutions is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing new business opportunities.
  • Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

WORKING CONDITIONS
