Executive Assistant to the President

The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the President, providing high-level administrative, operational, and organizational support that advances the strategic priorities of ATS. This role works closely with the President and senior leaders to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives while supporting the organization's Culture, Vision, Mission, Strategies, and Values.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism. This individual anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, and independently handles a wide range of complex and confidential responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.

In addition to executive support, the Executive Assistant may contribute to corporate initiatives, leadership communications, special projects, and cross-functional collaboration efforts that drive organizational success.

As a highly visible role, the Executive Assistant is an extension of both the President and the ATS brand, serving as a professional ambassador internally and externally. Success in this position requires strong relationship-building skills, sound decision-making, unwavering confidentiality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support at the highest level of the organization.

Scope of the Role

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the President and senior leaders, providing high-level administrative support that maximizes executive effectiveness and organizational impact.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and priorities, proactively anticipating needs and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Act as a professional ambassador for the President and ATS, building strong relationships and representing the organization with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, and off-site functions, including agendas, materials, presentations, logistics, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track strategic initiatives, organizational goals, scorecards, and key projects; gather updates, maintain documentation, and provide progress reporting to leadership.
  • Develop, prepare, and manage executive communications, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business-critical materials.
  • Support special projects, corporate initiatives, and culture-focused programs while identifying process improvements, solving problems independently, and driving operational efficiency.

Skillset for Success

  • Executive Support Expertise: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 5+ years of administrative experience, including support of senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Advanced Business & Technology Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled productivity solutions is a plus.
  • Exceptional Communication & Relationship Building: Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt messaging and build effective partnerships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Highly organized, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Professional Judgment & Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information, exercise sound judgment, work independently, and anticipate needs with minimal direction.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation will be market-competitive and aligned with the scope and impact of the role. Candidates meeting the position qualifications, compensation details will be discussed openly during the screening process, base salary range for this role is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00; base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
