Executive Assistant to Co-Presidents of Technology Driven Energy Management Company, Houston, Texas

The Co-Presidents of a new, well-funded and rapidly growing technology-driven energy management company are seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as their trusted "right hand" and strategic partner. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience, preferably in the energy, tech or finance space. This an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be a true force multiplier, taking as much off the Co-Presidents plate as possible so they can focus on the growing business. The ideal candidate is poised, polished, warm and engaging with a solid work ethic.

About the Job
  • Own complex calendar management for the Co-Presidents across internal leadership meetings, investor meetings, client meetings, board interactions, and industry events
  • Serve as gatekeeper and liaison to senior leadership, investors, clients, board members, and strategic partners across multiple priorities
  • Prioritize emails and craft correspondence on the principals' behalf, maintaining the cadence of how they write/communicate
  • Manage communications; draft briefing materials, meeting agendas, investor updates, board presentations, and executive summaries
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
  • Drive special projects and strategic initiatives, tracking deliverables
  • Plan executive events, leadership meetings, client dinners, and company offsites with a "high touch," service orientation
  • Oversee the Co-Presidents' expenses
  • Leverage AI tools and technology platforms to improve workflow efficiency, organization, and executive leverage in a tech-forward environment
  • Act as the liaison in the office for overall administrative support. Experience setting up an office a PLUS.

About You:
  • 7+ years supporting senior executives, ideally Co-Founders, Co-Presidents, or C-level leaders in an energy, technology-or finance company Experience working at a start-up type company a PLUS
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Proven experience operating as a true "right-hand" gatekeeper and strategic partner to senior executives
  • Exceptional organizational judgment and prioritization skills
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity, and problem solve with minimal intervention
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the principals at all levels, including internal stakeholders, investors, clients, and board members
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; comfortable using AI tools
  • Has experience planning and managing events; excellent project management skills; very organized and detail-oriented
  • Warm, traditional minded with a team oriented "high touch" service orientation.
