We are currently seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing the company's operations and driving its continued growth.

Position Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Tidal Jets and supporting the CEO in all administrative and operational matters. You will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings and events, and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar and Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and handle conflicting commitments to ensure optimal time management.

2. Communication and Correspondence: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.

3. Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating various company events, including the large launch event in July. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, including venue selection, logistics, invitations, and on-site support.

4. Document Preparation and Review: Prepare and review important documents, presentations, reports, and proposals. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

5. Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas. Maintain detailed itineraries and provide necessary travel documents.

6. Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the CEO's office, including maintaining supplies, managing records, and coordinating with IT and facilities for equipment and infrastructure needs.

7. Special Projects: Undertake special projects as assigned by the CEO, such as conducting research, preparing business analysis reports, and assisting with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
