Job description

We are seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel with public company experience to join our Executive Compensation Practice. This position is open in our Charleston, Charlotte, Miami, Nashville, New York, Orange County, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, San Francisco, and Seattle offices. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including public company executive compensation disclosures, employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions, tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, executive employment and severance arrangements, and equity and non-equity incentive plans.
Candidates will be expected to have significant client contact and responsibility for handling matters. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.

Base Compensation $270,000 - $410,000 / year
The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
