Executive Assistant

Zeno is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support 2+ Seattle-based executives as we deliver nuclear battery technology to market by 2027. This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

In this role you will:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and events across multiple time zones
  • Prioritize and coordinate executive commitments, ensuring optimal time management
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and itineraries
  • Organize and prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for leadership meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive company information
  • Track action items and follow up on key initiatives to ensure progress
  • Support board meeting and other VIP event logistics

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of executive support or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment (experience in startups, aerospace, or energy sectors is a plus)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Confluence/Jira is preferred
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate discretion and sound judgment in handling highly confidential, sensitive, and privileged information
  • High level of professionalism with exceptional attention to detail
  • Collaborate across organizational workstreams to coordinate priorities, drive alignment, and support cross-functional initiatives

Job Functions

  • Position requires in-office presence in Seattle (South Lake Union) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, remote work is optional on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Travel: Travel is required, up to 10%
  • Motor Abilities: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods, bending/stooping, grasping/gripping, fine motor control (hands)
  • Physical exertion and/or requirements: Minimal, with ability to safely lift up to 15 pounds

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary band for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and other business considerations.
