Job Description:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership while helping maintain efficient office operations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, company events, and special projects from planning through completion.
  • Track project timelines, monitor action items, and collaborate with multiple departments to support organizational goals.
  • Oversee front office operations and provide direction to administrative support staff.
  • Establish and maintain organized filing systems, records, and administrative procedures.
  • Process expense reports and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
