We are seeking an Executive Assistant / Lifestyle Manager to support our client who is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and hospitality executive with a rapidly expanding portfolio of businesses, development projects, and personal ventures.


The principal primarily splits time between Orange County and Los Angeles.


This is a highly visible role supporting the principal directly across both personal and professional priorities. The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, exceptionally organized, and capable of managing a wide variety of responsibilities with discretion, efficiency, and sound judgment.


Responsibilities


Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage an ever-changing personal and professional calendar
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, reservations, and commitments
  • Monitor communications and assist with follow-up as needed
  • Organize digital files, records, and computer systems
  • Track projects, deadlines, and action items
  • Conduct research and support special projects
  • Serve as a liaison with business contacts, consultants, vendors, and external partners

Travel & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Create detailed travel itineraries
  • Manage flights, hotels, transportation, dining reservations, and experiences
  • Anticipate travel-related needs and provide logistical support before and during trips
  • Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot travel issues

Lifestyle & Personal Support

  • Manage personal appointments and scheduling
  • Coordinate dinner parties, social gatherings, and special events
  • Source gifts and oversee special occasion planning
  • Assist with wardrobe coordination, personal shopping, and styling support
  • Coordinate with stylists, retailers, and service providers
  • Manage household-related logistics and personal projects
  • Support pet-related scheduling and coordination as needed

Relationship & Project Coordination

  • Respond to and coordinate inquiries from customers and external stakeholders
  • Communicate with real estate professionals, developers, and project partners
  • Assist with various entrepreneurial, investment, and creative initiatives
  • Ensure seamless execution of ongoing projects across multiple areas of the principal's life and business interests


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience supporting a HNW individual, founder, executive, entrepreneur, celebrity, or family office principal
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion; NDA required
  • Strong technology skills with the ability to organize digital files and systems
  • Professional presence with high emotional intelligence
  • Must be comfortable commuting frequently to Laguna Beach and traveling to Los Angeles as neededTop of FormBottom of Form

Compensation and benefits: $130,000 DOE, comprehensive benefits package provided.
