POSITION OVERVIEW
Global Atlantic Financial Group, KKR's insurance division, is a growth-minded organization investing heavily in AI, data, and sales enablement technology to transform how we sell. We are hiring a Director, Divisional Sales Manager (DVP) to lead a team of 11-15 RVPs driving fixed indexed annuity, LTC, RILA, and alternatives sales through our broker-dealer partners. This role reports to the Head of Sales. We need a sales leader who can motivate and deliver results-while driving adoption of AI, data tools, and sales systems. Executive presence, strong presentation skills, and the ability to lead change management and adoption with an experienced team of salespeople that will be faced with new ways of working are critical to success in this role.
  • Recruit, develop, manage, and lead a team of 11-15 RVPs. Set clear expectations, hold people accountable, coach to strengths and gaps, and drive sales production against plan
  • Travel a minimum of 70 -80% of the time including ride-alongs with RVPs and attendance at internal and external events
  • Drive adoption of AI, data analytics, and sales enablement technology to build scalable sales systems that improve salesperson productivity and results. Lead change management across a tenured sales force

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years in financial services; 5+ years managing sales teams
  • Expert knowledge of fixed index annuities, RILA, LTC, and alternatives
  • Series 6 or Series 7 and 63 required (may be required to get series 7 & 24)
  • Executive presence; strong presenter who can command a room
  • Proven ability to adopt and drive adoption of AI, CRM, data tools, and sales enablement technology
  • Track record of leading change management with tenured or change-resistant teams
  • Strong ethics and compliance mindset

The base salary for this position is $200k - $300k base salary plus variable incentive compensation
