The Role: We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join Macprofessionals President & CEO office. The successful person will thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, be proactive in their approach, extremely organized, ability to handle confidential information and diplomatic in dealing with others. The ideal candidate is a strategic-thinker with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty.

They must be able to learn quickly and hit the ground running with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues. A casual environment with special perks. Salary based on overall experience.

Skills Required: Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent analytical skills Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Proficient with Apple products a plus, but not required Ability to work in fast paced environment Minimum Qualifications: BS/BA with Finance or Accounting - 5+ years experience from a leading public accounting, consulting, Fortune 500 or high growth firm What you will be doing: Duties include, but are not limited to: Report direct to CEO with in-depth projects Assist with ad hoc projects as identified by the CEO Overall budgeting Support the annual budget process and the weekly forecast exercises Analysis of the monthly business unit's P&L Preparation and analysis of the monthly sales analytics Create reporting packages and work with management to define and track performance. Serve as Finance liaison with various management teams Educate and partner with other staff to ensure everyone understands the end-to-end processes Make recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies Support sales and business development with rate estimates and cost and pricing models
