Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Claude Code Users to support a project focused on advancing AI coding agents. You will share real-world experience using AI coding tools for complex software development, debugging, feature development, and architectural changes.

No prior AI training experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document real-world workflows using Claude Code and AI coding agents.

  • Share examples of large codebase navigation, advanced debugging, and architectural refactoring.

  • Provide step-by-step approaches for end-to-end feature development and ambiguous technical problems.

  • Evaluate the strengths and limitations of AI coding agents using practical, data-driven insights.

  • Provide written and verbal feedback to improve AI coding systems.

  • Participate in interviews, surveys, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Communicate technical workflows and AI-enabled solutions to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • Current STEM or software professional with hands-on experience using AI coding agents.

  • Experience using AI tools for complex debugging, feature development, and architectural refactoring.

  • Strong technical problem-solving and workflow documentation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to explain complex technical processes clearly.

  • Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.

  • Experience applying AI agents to large codebases and open-ended technical challenges.

  • Familiarity with emerging AI coding practices and evaluation methods.
