Executive Assistant to Executive Leadership Team, Prestigious Real Estate Portfolio Company, Dallas, Texas

A prestigious real estate portfolio company is seeking a top-notch Executive Assistant to provide high-touch support to senior leadership on the executive team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys operating as a trusted partner and strategic extension for multiple senior executives. The ideal candidate is a true team player and brings strong business acumen, exceptional judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Experience in Real Estate, Private Equity or general finance highly desired. This role is 4 days in the office, 1 remote depending on what is going on.


About the Role

  • Provide high-level executive support including complex calendar management across multiple senior executives and time zones
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper and liaison, prioritizing competing demands while maintaining alignment with executive priorities
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries and meeting logistics
  • Manage high volume of communication; prioritize emails and draft professional correspondence on behalf of executives
  • Prepare materials for meetings for internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner closely with executive team to ensure smooth information flow and execution of key initiatives
  • Manage expense reporting,
  • Plan executive offsites, events, and client engagements
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
  • Provide occasional after-hours availability aligned with executive schedules


About You

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite or senior executives, ideally within Real Estate, Private Equity or Finance.
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • Proven experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously in a high-performance environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and manage shifting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence
  • Highly detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture perspective
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools; tech savvy
  • Proactive, team oriented with a true โ€œhigh touch: service mentality
