Job description

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant. Someone that has previous experience supporting the President and corporate team, who is a "go-getter."
Hours are 8am - 5pm but must be flexible
Onsite
1 to 2-month contract that could convert to FTE
Needs to start ASAP, backfilling for someone resigning 9/4.
Job duties consist of:

  • Outlook calendar scheduling
  • Travel booking and assistance
  • Bring in lunch for team
  • Entering data in spreadsheets, etc.
Qualifications:
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Concur
  • Ability to keep confidential information
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
