Leonard’s Express is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-driven Pricing Analyst who thrives on data, accuracy, and helping a company win. If you enjoy digging into spreadsheets, spotting trends, and turning raw numbers into meaningful insights, this role offers stability, excellent pay, and a team that values your contribution.


This is a full-time, day-shift position based at our Farmington, NY terminal.

What You’ll Do

As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping Leonard’s Express quote competitively and profitably. You’ll turn raw data into clear, reliable information that supports decision-making across the company.


Essential Duties
  • Gather, analyze, and present data needed to quote customers accurately based on market conditions
  • Use costing software to obtain customer or lane data
  • Analyze results, identify errors, and report findings to the Pricing Manager and related teams
  • Develop and continuously improve pricing processes for greater efficiency
  • Create Excel-based reports, templates, and tools to streamline data processing
  • Prepare data and insights for management and leadership review
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Pricing Manager

Education & Experience
