Job Title: Consumer Promotions Assistant 
Key responsibilities: Provide high level of project management support to multiple managers in consumer promotions group. 
Skills Required: 
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v look ups) 
Experience with Budgeting (accounting, bookkeeping, financials) 
Experienced in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Data Entry - Alpha and Numeric. 
Project Management - tracking projects, status reports, meetings, timelines and budgets 
Ability to organize and multitask 
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), and some calendar management. 
Ability to review data and draw conclusions or make recommendations 

Experience 
1-3 years min in above skills

Qualifications

Education 
HS, some college 
Recent graduate with finance training and advanced excel skills
