Robotic Welder Operator

Cincinnati, OH

Established in 2013, Excel Loading Systems is a rapidly growing manufacturer of bulk liquid transfer solutions serving the petrochemical industry. We are seeking a full-time Robotic Welder Operator to join our Cincinnati, OH team. Our culture is built on Quality, Safety, and Service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Manufacturing and/or welding experience.
  • Basic mechanic aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous robotic welding experience preferred.
  • MIG/GMAW or GTAW welding experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach and work in various positions.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • Ability to work around welding equipment, noise, fumes, and heat while using required PPE.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor robotic welding systems and equipment/
  • Load parts, select welding programs, and make approved adjustments.
  • Set up fixtures and verify proper part orientation, fit-up, and alignment.
  • Monitor welding parameters such as wire feed, voltage, and travel speed.
  • Troubleshoot basic robotic welding issues and communicate equipment or quality concerns.
  • Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
