PAY RATE $17/hour

THE OPPORTUNITY

Assist the Accounting & Law faculty with general administrative and clerical support. Other duties include: photocopying, assisting with faculty research, creating/editing PowerPoint slides, filing, putting together simulation materials, and campus errands.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide administrative support to accounting and law faculty members and division coordinator
  • Photocopying
  • Faculty research
  • Creating/editing PowerPoint slides
  • Organizing financial accounting simulation materials
  • Organizing managerial accounting simulation materials along with helping in the classroom on simulation days
  • Filing
  • Errands on campus
  • Faculty projects as needed
  • Restock paper in copiers and office supplies
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required.
